Payment Options
User has been given three options to do payment for the selected items:
Bank Deposit
The users with a transaction value more than US $ 10,000 can deposit funds in our bank Account with Emirates NBD within ONE HOUR of completing the provisional order. The user of this option has to make sure that a copy of formal document confirming this transfer must be forwarded to our Delivery Processing Department (DPD), by emailing at shop@buygoldbaruae.comwithin specified time. Failure to which will resulting to re-fix the price for commodities. In case, the client has taken all necessary steps for transfer of funds to our bank account but by any reason could not intimate us, we would require a new order from client as the commodity prices keep fluctuating and can affect the value of provisional order. In such case the difference of the amount deposited and new order value would be adjusted at time of delivery against such order.
Transfer from Bullion Trading Account (BTA)
The users having registered Bullion Trading Accounts (BTA) with NBH have the option to pay their E-shop orders by using their account balance with us. Such transfer has no limit of value provided it does not affect the required margin against any open position in this account.
Delivery Options
The delivery process is subject to start for paid orders only in all three payment options. On receipt of paid order our expert staff starts processing your shipment that can take up to 72 working hours. By working hours we mean Sunday to Thursday (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM) in normal working days with exception of public holidays.
In Store Pick Up
This option is applicable to those orders where customers can visit our corporate office located at Unit 207, Building -4, Adjacent to Ajman City Center Ajman , The Greens, Dubai +971-4-4270833. Such clients do not need to pay any shipment charges. Our working hours are 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM Sunday to Thursday. If you do not get ready to Pick Up Call from our delivery Processing department (DPD) within 72 working hours you can contact us at hrmanager@buygoldbaruae.com .comor calling directly on the above contact numbers.
Delivery (Transguard) within UAE
This option is applicable to those orders where customers are willing to get their deliveries at their doorstep within United Arab Emirates (UAE). Each shipment is subject to certain charges applicable according to the destination of customer and value of the shipment. We strive to deliver paid orders within 72 working hours to your destination.
International Delivery

We regret to inform our individual clients in Saudi Arab, India and Pakistan that we are unable to deliver gold bars to them due to regulatory embargo on import of Gold by relevant Governments.
